I recently found the answer .... The Sonim XP3 ENDURO.
Tested it out at my swimming pool. Throwing it around on the concrete then bouncing into the pool. Best part is it hardly even scratched. Iv made a short video as a demonstration on how much abuse and water it really can take. Enjoy the vid.
